The times listed online are inaccurate, ONLY found out because I called to double check. The staff lacks clear communication and professionalism. Purchased a $38.00 ticket to Central Camionera in TJ ONLY to be left stranded in the San Ysidro crossing along w several other people. The whole process was confusing, frustrating, and scary. Imagine my shock when I learned I was left behind stranded in ANOTHER country??? Then I reached out to customer service, and their representative was trying to argue/justify the situation. Also doubted what I was reporting. Overall just careless, and reckless and super unsafe.

The buses are in good condition. I used this line many times in the past. In August of this year, I was traveling to Tijuana’s airport. We were all dropped off, and I suggested getting a refund for the remaining of the trip. Today I wanted to use my old ticket from August. Monzerat Lopez tried helping at first but later got frustrated and, at some point, ignored me and walked away. The supervisor came out and explained what we were told was untrue and unheard of. The company does not do any refunds.
As I was talking to them another customer was being helped my a older lady with blond highlights. She was rude and unprofessional to the customer. They definitely need to get their information correctly and improve in their customer service.
Great service but this time the bus was not clean.
If you were traveling from San Ysidro to L.A. the bus will probably leave you here at Huntington Park. From this point to DTLA the uber is about $12 USD. (That price was at midnight).
